The budgets shown below are estimated amounts students may expect to pay for costs for the 2009-2010 academic-year.
In addition to the direct costs of tuition/fees, books and
supplies, and room and board, estimates are provided for the indirect
costs of transportation and miscellaneous expenses.
For each student who applies for financial aid,
the Financial Aid Office determines an appropriate budget. Then, using
information from the student's Free Application for Federal Student Aid,
financial need is determined by subtracting the family's expected contribution
from the budget. (The expected family contribution is determined using a
national formula established by the Congress.)
