acknowledgment of documents received,
applications, messages and award status may
be accessed by logging into your 49er Express

Sending Financial Aid
Questions by Email:
In order for us to respond to
your email promptly and accurately you will
need provide the following:
Selected subject of your email
The semester or aid year
to which your question relates (e.g.
2008-2009)
Your UNC Charlotte email address
Example: xzsmith@uncc.edu (this is the
address that we will use to correspond
with you)
Your
name (email usernames do not help us access your
records)
Your
Student
ID (also known as Banner ID) - begins with "800"
A phone number where you
can be reached
A copy of the text
of your original e-mail and

message from us (we do not archive emails)
