Please keep in
mind that most grant awards are disbursed based on the number of
credit hours enrolled. Any classes that are added or dropped from
August 15 through September 8 may cause your grant awards to be
adjusted and you may see multiple adjustments on your student
account.
If grants are
posted to your account as a full-time student and you
drop to less than full-time after your financial aid refund is
issued, you will owe a portion of your refund back to the
University.

on the number of credit hours enrolled each term:
Grants that are prorated based on the
number of credit hours enrolled
Grant awards that are halved for less than
full-time enrollment (6-11 credit hours)
Grants
that require full-time enrollment (12+ credit hours)
